it’s terribly weird moving back ‘home’ after living away for a while… I don’t know why  but despite having lived many other places permanently i’ve always considered my mum’s house to be ‘home’. I suspect it may be a residual effect of going to university, where uni is ‘uni’ and home is ‘the parents’

Anyhow… recently, I moved ‘home’. The reasons aren’t important, somewhat financial, somewhat personal, somewhat just because… that’s not the point though… i’ve recently met up with friends from school, people who i’ve not seen in 10 years or so… they’ve not changed, but they’ve also changed so much… if that makes sense? at the same time i’m making new friends… meeting new people… discovering new outlooks on life and new philosophies to abide by….

i guess what i’m trying to say is that i know i’m entering a massive phase of transition right now, i’m scared but  anticipating more awesomeness coming my way.. and i can’t wait to greet it.

To be honest, anyone who’s ever been in a car with me will be lying if they said they’d never had to hold on… at least a little bit….

I don’t know why my driving is so crazy, it took me a good few years to pass my test, that probably didn’t help. I started learning at 18… passed at 22. (oops), I know my driving is not good though, as i notice them pulling faces rather than looking at the road….

i do love driving though, it’s so relaxing… hands resting on the wheel, foot resting on the clutch, easing on and off the brake/gas… terrible music on the stereo, countryside rolling by each side…

magic, even if you don’t want me on the roads… i apologise, as i ain’t moving.

I am aware all my previous postings have been photographic, that’s basically because i’m awfully lazy and generally can’t be arsed with this whole typing ordeal. however i have recently become happily acquainted with someone who really enjoys this whole blogging thing, so i figured i’d give it a proper try.

So, what to write about? i don’t dain to believe that anyone on the internets will find my innermost thoughts and feelings particularly fascinating, so i thought we’d start with a topic that most of us can all agree on…..

“isn’t cheese awesome?”

no, really, I’m not kidding, it must be like my favourite food in the world… especially when between bread, with a lil Marmite, some butter and some nice crispy salad. in fact I’m lactose intolerant and still eat cheese because it’s just so awesome.
